APSA is an international cultural program supported by Brisbane City Council and managed by Brisbane Marketing. It is endorsed by foundation partners UNESCO -United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation; and FIAPF-International Federation of Film Producers Associations. The awards ceremony is an exclusive presentation unique to Brisbane and is streamed globally.
The APSA ceremony will be held on Thursday 21 November 2019 in Brisbane, Australia.

Feature Fiction Film: must be over 60 minutes in duration.
Youth Feature Film: must be over 60 minutes in duration, made for or about young people up to 18 years old.
Animated Feature Film: must be over 40 minutes in duration, must be at least 70% animated.
Documentary Feature Film: must be over 40 minutes in duration.

have had world or international premiere or theatrical release after 1 August 2018 and before 31 October 2019.
